Sublime navy blue silk skirt with lovely ivy printed scalloped hem. Only the elastic band was replaced, otherwise great condition and very wearable.
It should be noted that in that era it may have been worn lower as dropwaist so that may play in the sizing.
Fabulous flapper era piece!
