True vintage R & K original navy blue dress, with real polka dots (not the ones that line up but those that are sporatic). Nicely cut design, wiggle bottom with slight bouffant above the waist. Raglan sleeves, oversized buttons, metal zip. Wide, bateau collar leaves the neck open. Very elegant, classic day dress. Union tag.
Condition very good, quality dress, one dot is misprinted as in photo (not very noticeable when worn).
